Moravian blackened metal horde SOLFERNUS comes with the new album called „Neoantichrist“ after twelve years! Originally true black metal project released mini CD „Diabolic Phenomenon“ (self-release 2003) plus the debut full-length album „Hysteria in Coma“ by Shindy Productions back in 2005. The band was active another three seasons, filmed two videoclips and played out several live shows – among others the monster metal event Brutal Assault Open Air. SOLFERNUS started with songwriting for the second album in 2008 but the reality was uncompromising and the band recorded a few demos only. Meanwhile the drummer Coroner left the band and founded CULT OF FIRE, the guitarist Igor continued with his main act ROOT. The new, 2nd album „Neoantichrist“ was recorded during 2016 at Ch-Records studio in Tulešice City, South Moravia. This record is produced by new drummer Paul Dread (ROOT). The album contains ten new songs of classic black metal with touches of other metal genres. Blood-freezing riffs, fast-mid-slow rhythms, raw but still understandable vocals, catchy refrains and true explosive live metal sound!
